How much longer do you guys think we will have to wait till patch 4.0 goes on the test realm? The whole gnomes/troll stuff was already tested and implemented into the game with the last patch (they just have to turn it on) and that stuff was supposed to be part of the pre-cata stuff so wouldn't that make the next test realm the 4.0 patch?

Cataclysm won't go on the test realm, it'll go onto the beta realms.

Exactly. Cataclysm PTR is called Beta. And when they implement 4.0, the whole time until Cata will basically a huge PTR on Live.
