I would say undead Ony. Chogall's raid is presumably the first part of the story and it would work as a way to progress the story toward fighting Nefarian in Blackwing Descent. Also explains her absence from that raid's achievements.

I doubt undead onyxia is going to be in there. That is no secret, we've seen the model for Undead Ony already, I doubt that they would say "Horrifying ***SECRET***" then release the model for the secret. Besides, if she's undead, why is she brooding live twilight drakes?
