Other than the tailoring skill level, is there anything needed to be able to make the "Dream of x" cloth? I had heard you needed rep w/ different groups to make it (hopefully wrong).

I'm quite excited about Unravel Embersilk Cloth. Anyone who's been on beta know how the drop rate of the volatiles from it is? With normally abundant cloth drops while levelling this is probably going to be a good way to get volatiles for two of the Dreamcloth recipes.
