In your Arms PvE, I would personaly replace the 2 points in Improved Bloodrage to Improved Berserker stance, for 8% extra strength.

You sure you won't be dpsing in battle stance?

The two talents are pretty arbitrary, and you will find times to switch to Berserker stance, whether it is to interrupt, cast Recklessness, or Whirlwind on trash. These two points hardly make or break the build
