I was looking at wowwiki and it says that Cata level non-gathering professions can be learned at level 80 but there is no citation for it. Does anyone know for a fact (used loosely since it's beta) what level you have to be to learn them?

level 50 for master (TBC)
level 65 for grand master (WLK)
level 75 for illustrious sounds about right
