Alliance and Horde "Overcloaks"?

At the end of February, 2010, Boubouille posted some informations about the Cataclysm Pre Event.
Among these informations were some about new Overcloaks http://static.mmo-champion.com/mmoc/...ventcloaks.jpg

Now I wonder if they are available on the Beta Realm.

Would be great if somebody could give me some (new) information about them.

I think they are actually going to be part of the pre-Cata event, so I'm not sure if they'll even be around after that.

So no information of there being more "overcloaks" from Cata quests / achievements yet?

Ya the overcloaks are part of the pre-cataclysm event. When they were testing the Gnomer/EI events, at the end you got a cloak. I would guess it is just a placeholder for the overcloak. We shall see.
