I have been getting bored of horde and death knight tanking, so what class/race should I roll? I want to roll a healer on alliance side. You chose for me. I also want pvp so a viable pvp offspec would be nice. Addtionally what eu server should I roll on? PvP servers would be preffered.

I vote worgen priest. Priests are quite fun to heal with. Having two trees to choose from means there is more variety there for you as well. If you don't care for holy, go disc, and the other way around.
