Heey guys i have a dilema here i dont know what to pick for my frost badges i know about my enchants and i'm doing them soon

Get your 2p T10 before anything else. In your case I'd get the pants since you are in desperate need of Expertise. The other option is to buy Ikfirus' Sack of Wonder off the AH or if you use DKP or whatever for 25 man ICC blow it all on Ikfirus's Sack on Wonder off of Gunship.

After that, use a spreadsheet to determine what will give you the largest upgrade.

You need a fast dagger ASAP. Slow/Slow isn't good. Ever.
As for badge gear, check what your spreadsheet says.

They probably could have 24 manned it without you. Get a new trinket, you're way over the hit cap. Don't use two slow weapons. Stop using PvP gear. There are crafted pieces for your bracer and belt slots, there was a holiday event cloak, and there is a badge neck or a neck from multiple heroic instances.

You're still using 2 1.8 speed daggers. You'd be better off with a level 10 grey dagger with 1.4 speed in your offhand. I'm not trolling either, it's just poison mechanics. Go to the AH and buy a Librarians Paper Cutter for like 30g

okay, your bad all over, im gonna make a list
1)Get rid of Zods, a lvl 60 item would be better
2)go drop 30g for Librarian's paper Cutter
3)Drop the PvP gear, including the 264 gear.
4)ENCHANT your gear
5)Drop Mark of Supremacy for Mirror of truth
6)Drop some gold for the Lootship chest piece
7)FIX YOUR SPEC
8)Buy the badge legs first

and actually they are, the inferior stats on PvP + the resilence for losing important pve stat make it <than 232 PvE gear.
