As the world's most powerful shaman, he's off trying to minimize the damage the cataclysm has done. I believe he's specifically near the maelstrom where Deathwing emerged from Deepholme.

Haven't heard any confirmation, but since he IS the most powerful shaman in existance.. I'm pretty sure he'll be the leader of the Earthen Ring.
It's been confirmed that he's working with them to tame the elements in Cata, since, as we all know, they're going crazy.
