i was just wondering what are the best spots to farm borean leather was, im currently farming the gorrilas in southeast sholazar i would also like the mobs to drop arctic fur often thanks

Anywhere in Sholozar is fine. In the north part of the zone are packs of mammoths that can be aoe'd down as well. There aren't really any mobs that will drop more arctic fur. All mobs outside of instances have functionally the same drop rate. Some instanced mobs may be slightly higher.
