Nope, raidcomp dot mmo-champion dot com (take that, low-post-count link filter!) still returns 404 as of a few seconds ago.
Yes, it's a cleared browser cache. Yes, it's a flushed DNS cache too. :-)

So I have twice encountered this bizarre behavior - I will go to RaidComp and get a partial page - all text, no css the first time, looked like RC Tool but w/o the buffs/debuffs column loaded and inoperable. Both times a refresh leads to 404 error. I'm going to clear my cache - again, I did this immediately after my OP - and will update post on whether it works.
EDIT: Still 404 error.
