help with concerns regarding account(s) being banned

so i have 2 wow accounts / battle.net accounts. i play 2 toons at once. both technically owned by the same person/name. i was wondering if one of these accounts are accused of misconduct for example botting or selling account. would blizz investigate and somehow someway ban the other account as well, just because they are under the same name lets say John Smith. they are not linked in any manner, except the contact info and name on the accounts are the same.
