MM hunter to use Band Of Night raven or Vengeful Noose?

I am wondering which belt should i buy from the EoF vendor. Should i get Band of Night Raven or Leather Vengeful Noose. I am hit rating capped because of focus aim talent points already so i dnt really need more hit.

maybe get a neck with some arp then switch out teh belt?

I cant gem arp yet because i have not touch the base of 800 arp to be effective in the overall dps. Is it true if any gear that has haste is not good for hunters?. So itbest to focus on Arp, Crit and Ap if I were to say.

Noose is still one of the best belts attainable before Festergut's belt from 25 man, regular or heroic. The only thing that competes with it is princes 10 heroic belt. (I think it's princes at least). UNLESS you need the hit. Which you said you don't.

Haste is a very undesirable stat, but it is still marginally useful. Don't consider it to be completely useless, as it still raises auto shot damage. But that's all it does.
