Adaptation is looking for intelligent, competent, and good-mannered players. We are a "casual yet hardcore" style of guild and have made good progression though ICC. We value players whose attitude meshes well with the guild. We also value the ability to pefectly execute boss mechanics far greater than those players who turret out amazing numbers, completely oblivious to what is occuring around them. In our reformation from For Science we have come to the following philosophy.
Attitude > Situational Awareness > Meters > Gear
Our leadership is a small core of extremely competant players who have cleared all content ever presented including but not limited to M'uru pre nerf, Yogg-0 10/25, EW&F, Heroic LK 25m and more. We are merely looking to focus more on our weekend raiding guild as we move forward into Cataclysm.

* Two Healers (one must have a DPS offspec)
Off-specs and alts are highly recommended, but not required. We also run numerous alt runs and gdkp runs every Sunday.
During farm content we will typically raid 2/3 days, reserving the third day for alts or gdkps. However, during progression we expect 90%+ raid attendance for the full schedule of 3 days, 4 hours a day.
