Anyways...If you cant get through on the phones dont be afraid to email Blizzard support. I was ignorant once upon a time, and they fixed everything account related for me through emails.

I now have my authenticator attached to my ear like an earring Point being, dont be afraid to spend a few bucks.

Because it prevents you from logging back into your battlenet account and changing your pw on them and knocking them off your account.

Sad thing is if the blasted things never existed I could have prevented any damage from occuring when my account was compromised. I knew withing 10 minutes but because it was outside blizzards phone support time frame, and in game gm's take forever to contact and do nothing until the phone/email contact has been made... well yeah it sucks.

OR you could have purchased or downloaded an authenticator for your account, preventing your account from being compromised.

Just a thought.
