(A) Azune - Dead Men Raiding

Dead Men Raiding is a 25 man raiding guild on the Alliance side.

The primary purpose of Dead Men Raiding is to have a mature, social environment and an orderly way of conducting business that allows for a relaxed and focused raiding atmosphere.

Many people in DMR have lives that preclude them from spending as much time on WoW as they would like; nevertheless they maintain a very competitive spirit and a desire to kick ass in the end game. To sustain a guild that is based on these people, we have fewer and shorter raids than your average raiding guild, but strive to make them more focused and effective. We start our raids a little later than continental guilds to allow our members to get home, eat and prepare properly for the raid. We finish earlier to allow you to get up in good time for work! Quality of raiding will always be the main thing we strive for.

Last but not least, DMR takes pride and value in its good social atmosphere above all things. We are all here to have fun and while we enjoy kicking ass, camaraderie is ultimately why we stick around in games like WoW.

Altogether we feel that this guild philosophy is something many seek, but few find. In this guild we will always strive to give people with this mindset a stable and enjoyable place to call home.

Recruitment
DMR is raiding Icecrown Citadel, hence we require geared players to do the job. People in fresh lvl 80 blues & greens need not apply. We expect people to have a minimum of full Tier 9 gear and a well rounded knowledge of their class. While we do believe that there's more to being a good player than simply topping charts, you should be able to produce a rough minimum of 6k dps with the will to improve and accept criticism.

Note: Having gear and skills for offspecs of whatever class you play is always going to be a plus. We like to recruit people who can play a class, not just a spec.
