Taking into account the changes to the "mortal strike" debuffs that a lot of specs now have in Cataclysm, doesn't a Resto Shaman make those effects completely redundant?
We get +15% healing received from Spark of Life, and then if we Earth Shield ourselves, we receive a further +15% healing from the re-designed Nature's Blessing. Therefore, we're sitting at +30% healing from talents alone and the new - healing % effects range from 20-25%. Unless it's designed to be hard to keep yourself alive at 130%, then I don't see the point of the healing debuffs?
Oh and if the LHW glyph remains in the game, then we'll be at +50% extra healing from LHW.
Anyone got any further information on the design implications behind these talents?
