Recuperate for Energy - Removed?

First it was the removal of the energy regen bonus that was supposed to be given to Sub. Then we got the talent (I forget the name) that restored 2/4/6 Energy each Recup tick, which was awesome.

It's no longer there, and Sub will continue to be energy starved until they stack insane amounts of haste. Thanks Blizz.

I know this is only the first iteration of the talent trees, but they seem to be in a very sad state after the devs announced that it was only the Assasination tree that was unfinished, amongst other classes.

Relax, everyone and their sister are over reacting about poorly translate, far from finished models. We're only getting 3 new abilities, they're not just going to scrap 1/3 of it. The pages are just incomplete for now.
