pandarian settlement

just wondered ..
after lore, in the stonetalon mountains should be a hidden settlement of the pandarian
(http://www.wowwiki.com/Pandaria). did the cataclysm (or just the ability to fly) make it possible to find it?
or was blizz to lazy and it is kind of "underground"

That would be cool if the Pandaria became the "dancing troll village" of Cata.

It's not present in-game. The only area left untouched on stonetalon is the north west corner on the coast, which is still simply a hut and some bits and bobs to look at on the flight paths -- moonglade specifically iirc.

Don't think we will see any pandaren this expansion. Supposedly (According to lore) the pandaren homeland is west of kalimdor, which (also according to lore) has never been traversed

Blizz might have decided to retcon the settlement out of Stonetalon as they don't want to include pandaren to the game yet. Those guys would need their own models and architecture, which would be too bothersome for such a minor base. It's better to leave them out from an expansion they have no quarter in, especially if an expansion heavily including Pandaria/pandaren is planned.
