Trying to add gamecard - won't work.

So my game time ran out yesterday and I bought a gamecard from the store, now that I wanna put it onto my account it keep say's invalid code. I am putting the right numbers in and everything.. Anyone know how to get it to work?

don't put spaces in between the numbers.

Not putting spaces, just filling in the normal numbers and it switches line automatically like it should

try to use other web browser... it does that same thing to me if i use Firefox, but with IE it works fine.
