New talent tree choices

I'm still not too sure how I feel about the talent trees. I remember Blizzard saying that wanted to give us a lot of choices all of them be good, rather than having to stick to cookie-cutter specs. While I do realize this is the beta, it seems you have to choose almost every talent, minus a few points here and there, to even progress to the next tree. Explanation?

While this is a first pass on all of the talent trees, death knight, druid, paladin, warlock, Arcane mage, and Assassination rogue trees are not as far along as other specializations.
