Nature's Swiftness in Cata - Requires Moonkin Form?

Just saw this in the latest talent build over at http://wowtal.com. Apparently Nature's Swiftness will only work in Moonkin form in Cata despite being 11 points deep in the resto tree. This is a typo, right?

since it is impossible to get that deep into the resto tree for a balance druid, yes, the odds are good that it is a typo.

It's a typo, very sure. The only benefits moonkina gets by having natures swiftness is a free wrath now and then. Better in pvp for heals and roots/cyclone, but still.

Haha, I noticed that Nature's Swiftness is not the only spell affected by this bug

I tested it a build or two ago and it does not in fact require moonkin form. It worked like it always did.
