and use my current helm http://www.wowhead.com/item=50661#comments
or get the t10 helm http://www.wowhead.com/item=51261 with http://www.wowhead.com/item=50717#comments
or not use t10 and use the 2 heroic items.

You definitely want to maintain 4pc T10. Sanguine Silk is very good for disc (BIS for holy) and offers a nice chunk of haste that would balance your gear better despite the loss of the crit from not using the T10 chest. Use T10 helm/shoulders/gloves/legs. For the token, use it on either the helm or pants as either achieves the same stat increase (though if you should ever want to flip your offspec to shadow the pants would serve very well there too, provided you have your hit elsewhere).
