Since the search was disabled, I couldn't look for it, and the link to the guide in the sticky won't work for me so I couldn't check that either. Basically I was wondering if there was a way to set up power auras so that when my shouts on my warrior drop off it triggers the addon.

Yep.
You want it to look for buff cast by you and trigger when it isnt there(inverted). for the name of the buff just use shout and not exact and it should work for both commanding and battle.
