Yea, we can't really tell people to use the Search Function, so the forums are bound to become chaos before long :S

On top of that, I can't find any of the posts I made, as I typically don't bother to remember the threads I post in, until I see them again in my recent posts <_<;

You actually automatically should subscribe to threads that you post in. Head to your inbox and then go to subscriptions and you should see threads you've already posted in.

That said, that is a poor and insufficient replacement for the Search feature. I really hope it gets re-implemented soon.
