Definitely Supremus, second boss in BT. He is the largest npc in the game. no one can match his size.

Most likely currently true, though you can only see the NPC during a single phased quest. The Kracken from that Dragonblight quest is gargantuan as well.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Alexstrasza. Even though she's not ridiculously tall, dimension-wise, she's enormous. She's easily as long as Thrym is tall, and she's a fair bit wider.
That's right. I just said Alexstrasza has junk in her trunk.
