Raids: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8-11pm EST (5-8 PST), may extend to 12 if needed

About Us: We are a close group of friends who have been raiding together since TBC. We progressed well though SSC and TK and lead successful BT, Hyjal, and SP raid after the 30% nerf. Throughout WotLK, we were 3rd Naxx25 clear, 2nd Maly25, and 4th OS25 on US-Dragonmaw [H]. After transferring to US-Azgalor [H] we were 4/5 TOGC25 before transferring to US-Mannoroth [A] together due to overpopulation. Here, we have completed 10/12 ICC25 HM and 11/12 ICC10HM. Although currently taking a break, we plan on starting a 10 man raiding guild to finish up WotLK and start Cataclysm together in the near future. to wrap up, we have been at the top before and want to get there again, and go even higher in world standing. Current Needs
[Chopsticks] currently can take any of the following:
***a non warrior tank***
1. rogue
2. enhancement shaman
3. shadow priest
4. hunter
although 10 man rosters need to be stricter, if your class is not listed here but you feel you are an exceptional player please feel free to contact us.

Requirements
1. Skill. Even though we love all of you, we only desire to progress quickly and efficiently through new content. All raiders will be required to know their class intricately, as well as being prepared for raid (consumables, gold, etc)
2. Responsibility. We do not expect you to always be available to raid, but we need to know when you can raid and when you can't. Whether through game, email, SMS, or any other means, its always useful to know in advanced whether to wait up for you or not.
3. Vent+Mic. Communication is one of the most vital aspects of the game. If you can't listen and contribute you don't belong in the guild. On the same hand, you must be able to take instruction and know when the right time to speak is.
4. Attitude. Having a guild fall apart because of drama is something no one wants, especially when the guild is a good one. Although you may be the best player we may find, the second best will suffice if it will help us keep a clean and mature playing environment. Although things may not always go your way, we need to be able to continue raiding in most circumstances.

Rules
1. Loot As long as blizzard meets its promise to itemize gear better in cata, we shouldn't have too much loot drama ehhh (facepalm) But seriously, we want to avoid drama as much as possible, systems such as DKP or Need before Greed tend to bring such things, and we would prefer to just be able to talk things out over gear, but if required a very lax Loot Council will be used. In the end, don't be a greedy jerk and there shouldn't be much problem.
2. Guild Bank/Repiars If it ever comes along that we find ourselves in excess of gold in the guild bank, we would gladly open guild repairs during progression, but seeing as there isn't a great incentive to stock up the guild bank with any large amounts of mats/gold.

More Information
1. Official guild will start raiding around mid-august to wrap up HICC10 and Ruby Sanctum H. When cata hits we want to be fast to level and hit heroics ASAP to secure some baller server first titles. It would be helpful to have some free time to get to level 85 quickly so we can start progress as a guild.
2. We are lax as to the age requirement, seeing as we were all active raiders throughout High School. However, we require you to have a level of maturity that must be met.
3. We like to farm achievements and play other games on raid offnights such as Pokerstars, League of Legends, Heroes of Newarth, Starcraft2 (omg7.27), and are willing to try most games (no HelloKittyAdventures)
4. Rerolls will be fine (you cheap bastards), seeing as you have approx a month to get to a decent level of gear before we start, but transfers are always appreciated. We also are looking for a pro website designer.
