Questions for leveling elemental in cata

Hi , I was thinking of waiting till cata to reroll as a shaman currently have a DK Paladin and Priest at 80 but the question is for people in beta. Is it possible to level elemental as in at low levels do quest reward have items for elemental shamans or no? I tried to search if a post like this existed but search option is disabled. I would prefer to level as a caster as I am sick of melee right now but any info would be helpful thanks.

I believe they're redoing all low level items in terms of stats, so yes there will be sufficient items for leveling as elemental.

To be perfectly honest you could lvl as elemental now aswell since your revarded with blues from doing randoms.
