Why spec frost for pvp? Unholy has much more utility against a frost mage, and with the proper cooldowns ( lichborne, anti magic shell / maybe anti magic zone, gargoyle, pet stun, strangulate ) can melt a mage.

DKs haven't been overpowered since Season 5/6.

No reason to be frost in PvP ever and you should have no problem healing against a DKs damage, fake cast and you're good to go.
