Do you consider the Horde to be "the bad guys" or is it more complex?

Wowtal.com has Improved Blink rank 1 giving you 70% increased run speed while rank 2 gives you 35% increased run speed. These need to be switched. Is this a bug with mmo-champion's wow-tal or the talents themselves in Beta? If its also like this in Beta I will post the report in official wow forums also.

Are you serious? Why would putting an extra point in it decrease the run speed bonus?
