i am lookig for an addon that can make the bottom of my screen around my action bars and chat frame black in the background anyone who knows an addon that can do this plz respond here

You can download a bunch of different skins and then also have the addon automatically resize the rendered part of the game so that you don't miss any of the action (all in an easy to use UI)

Depends if you want panels, which simply sit over the world to make something more visible, or to block it out entirely and have the view of the world adjusted accordingly.
The former is catered for by kgPanels, LitePanels etc, while a viewport such as Aperture, SunnArt etc will cater for the latter.
