    You have used up your prepaid time...

    Hey, I was just trying to login and I received this message:


    "You have used up your prepaid time for this account. Please visit [www.wow-europe.com/account] to purchase more to continue playing."


    Actually, I'm sure my prepaid time will end around the 16th of august, so it can't be true... anyway I try to log in into my battle.net account to check my payment times, and I found this:


    "It’s a busy day for Battle.net!

    So... anyone knows what is happening to my account?

    [EDIT]: ok, now it tells me that my account is frozen, but hell, they scaled my money from my card just about 15 days ago... Anyone knows anything?

    You probably misjudged when your time would run out.

    your best deal is to locate the card entry from your payment history and if you used a credit card check the recipt.. it will state exact date and time of the purchase
