How do you attract new guildmembers?

Hey everyone.

I have recently made a new guild with one of my buddies, and we're having all of the usual beginner problems with convincing new members to join us.

We're still a very small guild, we want enough members to start raiding (but aren't quite there yet) and tbh we really dont have anything special to offer, other than some nice people, sensible guildrules, a guild without caps-aholics or intolerant people who yell at people who make a mistake or ask a "noob" question. Nothing that a lot of guilds can't give people too.

So my question is, how do you market your guild? How do you attract people, what do you have to offer them?

We're currently advertising in trade, to real life friends, on mmo, realm forums and a couple of other wow-sites and in a couple of game-related facebook groups. What more is there to do?
