Problem with in-game links (items, achievements and such)

Yeah, I got a problem with opening links other people link in the game. Weird thing is this only occurs on my main and not on any of my alt characters. I use same addons on all characters (or at least I think so). Does anyone have any idea what could be the reason for this and how can I possibly fix this. This has been going on since the release of 3.3.5.

Feel free to ask for more detailed info if you need, I'll do my best to answer because I really want this thing to go away.

Hover over the chat window, till you see the tab.
Right click it, and try checking "Make Chat Interactive" or something along that wording.

Oh I thought it was altoholic messing up the links for me...actually great unexpected help

A side effect of 3.3.5, and introducing the option to have non-interactive windows was to accidentally toggle that on for some, and not all characters.
Seen that one asked in trade a good few times.
