Addons/Settings reseting.

I got a weird problem I never encountered before, in fact, none of the people I play with heard of anything like it either.

So heres my problem:
I was online earlier today, around 12.00, and everything was fine.
When I login later for the raid (around 19.00) My wow settings was reseted (UI Scale, resolution, macros, keybindings etc.)
I fixed this rather quick and was ready for the raid.
Everything goes smooth up untill Rotface, where my computer randomly restarts, and when I get back on, my shadow unitframes, scrollingcombat text, cooldown count, bossmods, recount and buffmod was reseted.

Anyone know wtf is going on?

Seeing how this has to have something to do with cataclysm, since it is in the general section.... I say its Deathwing's fault.
