Red face So when I was reading the warrior changes...

I was repeatedly recoiling in my chair, screaming and shaking my desk.

    But where are the nerfs?
    Did I miss them?
    Fury/arms tree deleted?

WHERE ARE THEY? I KNOW THEYRE THERE!

removing armored to the teeth or how it was called is quite a bit of a nerf.

but anyways, you don't see nerfs and complain about it?

Looking at some of the new skills and talents, I'd say warriors are actually getting pretty buffed this xpac. Although I just hope warriors don't end up going down the same slope Ret pallies did during Wrath where no one liked them.

Removing armor to the teeth will just mean blizzard scales warrior dps/threat as if the talent isn't there, rather than scaling as if you had 3 points in it. Blizzard wants most talent choises to feel like a choise and not a "must" in order to compete with other classes.

It's gone for good, because there is now a new bonus for wearing plate.
So there's no need for this talent anymore. (question is: will it disappear in the DK-tree, too?)

i'm quite sure it will. It's not a nerf, it's balanced around Plate Spec anyway.

I don't know about you guys, but I don't think Blood and Thunder is worth getting for an arms warrior in PvE at all. It's just not worth losing the other points that you could be getting in the Fury Tree.

Usually, when one makes a PvE spec, you prioritize single target damage over AoE damage. In at least one of the specs I saw above, there was no Imp Slam. What? That's blasphemy. An Arms Warrior not using Slam is like......... Well I don't know what it's like. But it's a huge dps loss to not have it.

I think Deadly Calm used with Heroic Strike, Mortal Strike, Colossus Smash, and Slam will work wonders. I haven't done any research or rotation speculation at all since I'm not in the beta, but I have designed the tree that I think I will be using.

I think this will give us the high amount of damage we want.

Drums of War - More of a PvP talent, than it is a PvE one. Sure, we want to still be able to pummel people for the enrage bonus, but 2 points for 1 of 4 things that make the talent useful? No thanks.

Improved Hamstring - More of a PvP talent, obviously.

Field Dressing - I didn't get this because I'm not sure how healing will be working in Cata. I've heard it might be needed, and if so, I think I would take out points in Rude Interruption or Incite for it.

Second Wind - Chances are if you are getting immobilized, then you probably have aggro or something. It's a PvP talent, not worth it for PvE, when other points will give you higher potential damage.

Throwdown - As good of a move it is, what good will this do for us on a boss unless he spawns immensely powerful adds that can be CC'd. Even then, there will almost always be some other form of CC that will be better than a knockdown from an Arms Warrior who has to drop his boss damage to get to the add in order to Stun. Again, good PvP, not so much PvE.
