Runecloth for rep hand-ins?

Hello, I want to get exalted with the goblins pretty much right away with release
And I was wondering if they are going to replace the runecloth with the new cloth?

Why would they replace runecloth? They didn't replace it when BEs and Draenei were added.

Also, when patch 2.0 hit live, it was possible to grind exalted with the new factions before TBC was released. By doing turn-ins in Alterac Valley (the BG, not the zone), you got spillover rep to Exodar/whatever the BE one is. I was able to grind it up to exalted pretty easily prior to TBC going live, and I had an elephant on my Night Elf a few minutes after the servers came up for TBC. You may be able to do the same when 4.0 goes life.
