Goblins to blow themselves up trying to move some fragile superbomb up to the front lines. The gnomes die of starvation in a locked techno-bunker while being stuck in development hell trying to devise an impractical deathray-type superweapon. Rest of the races look on with bemused looks on their faces.

goblins/gnomes need a bomb assault type bg... you know... plant the bomb then defend it till it blows up

Well I do believe they would both die only because goblins blow themselves up so it seems but goblins reproduce so quickly...
