So resto druid in wrath, while in tree form, had like a 200% armor increase for survivabilty.which is big in pvp. Are they compensating for this now that we dont have tree of life form?

No idea, but if you are i expect it to be more equal with other healers a 20-40% bonus to armor, however since you guys use leather it could be less

plate got still got more then dubble the armor of a plate item!
Actually, loki504, they are increasing armor across the board. They said instead of having a huge gap where Cloth provides 10% damage reduction, Leather giving around 20%, Mail being 30%, and Plate being 60% (+/- pending presence of shield), that it would be closer together, such as Cloth around 25%, Leather around 35%, and Mail around 45%.
My guess is that with all HoTs growing stronger when your friendly targets are at lower health, combined with the ability to crit and benefit from haste, that HoTs, and by extension, Druids themselves, will be just fine.
