When I get in a BG with a lock that yells "I am summoning a steed from Nightmare!" every time he summons his mount I just want to reach through the computer and punch him in the teeth.

But I won't lie. Back in my DK days there was a brief period of "GET OVER HERE!" when I would death grip. Very original, I know.

I'm not into the RP, but Hell, if we get "Bad Romance" for female worgen dance I'll have no problems /yelling the lyrics every time I /dance. But if we get some good dance (yes I said it, any other dance would be good) then I'll probly just end up playing a male human and be bored :P

Well your gonna have to bored then aren't you, no way in hell blizz will do that.

I usually don't participate in these types of macros, but I did have the addon Necrosis for a while on my Warlock with the option to say a chant whenever I summoned. I thought it was neat, but it began to annoy me, so I just disabled it in the options menu.

Worgen Transformation:

Well, I'm not 12, so the prospect of annoying everybody around me isn't quite that hilarious, so no... I have never done anything like that... nor am I planning on it. In fact, I think I've used the /yell channel maybe twice in almost 6 years of playing this game.
