Blacklist/ Note-Addon

hello everyone,
i am looking for an addon.
It should provide the following things:

• rate other players but not only in a negative way (1-10 Points for example)
• make notes about players
• warn me if one of the players on my "list" joins the raid
• should synchronize with my guildmates/friends but not with everyone on my server having this addon

Short version:
The addon should be something like a blacklist but not only for negative candidates and auto-synchronizing in guild should be available

Give Elitist Group a go.

It has:
* ratings that can have notes on them
* tags in your directory for people currently in your group
* i believe it can also get ratings from other guild members

I'm not that expirienced at using it, but i think it might just do the job.

Eletist Group sounds quite good.
For me its important that the addon has a good sync-funktion and that it does not inflict my performance to much.
So maybe the gearscore-part of it could be to much for me.
I will give a try anyways.

Elitist Group is exactly what you want. It doesn't have a gearscore-like functionality where it gives you a single number. Instead you can further inspect a person and look at their gear, check if they have correct gems/enchants and it highlights what items are gemmed/enchanted correctly. Also gives you a Raid-Achievement window where you can see how many times they've killed specific bosses.

It's the only addon I know of that does what you want

I am testing EG atm and it looks great.
Two things i am wondering about:
Syncing seems limited once an hour. Any way to do this faster/ more often?
Is there a way to delete players from my database?

Well, there's always simply deleting them from the WTF file.
Close down WoW, go to WTF\Account\YOUR_ACC_IN_CAPS\SavedVariables\ElitistGroup.lua and ctrl+f their name.
