Assassination Mastery: Is it Critical Damage or Critical Chance?

I just want to get something straight because this has been bugging me for a while. I read at some posts that the Assassination talent has increased critical damage, while I found a post here and it says that it has increased critical chance. So what is it?

Right now it's poison damage and increased damage and energy when you have daggers in the beta.
