    How do you get WoW Soundfiles?

    hi, i love the wow music and want the soundfiles so i can see them all, get them all and use them. someone knows what to do to get them? if you say Ladik´s MPQ Editor, or something else, then also say how it works, i tryed Ladik´s MPQ Editor, but didnt got what it was about? :/

    use ladik's to open the MPQ files in the data folder. u can extract the sound files

    cant i get them ALL one place with a greatlist of music? all the music from every raid, zone, dungeon, city etc.

    Also: try googling "MPQ extractor" the wikipedia page about it (something like this) also has some links.

    MPQeditor is best program for me, it can extract SC, WoW and so on files, music, SFX, voices and so on

    Depends if you intend to use them in-game, or outside of it.
    In-game there are scripts to play them, outside of the game would require extracting them from the mpq archives as suggested.

    If you're too lazy to use a MPQ editor you can always use WoW Model Viewer, the newer versions have support for soundfiles. Just set the dropdown box in the lower left-hand corner to sounds, browse to your favourite sound, right-click on it and press Save.

    Get the MPQEditor: http://www.zezula.net/en/mpq/download.html

    Open and browse the mpq files, it's not hard.
