a small question about rp threads

So I was wondering, I want to start an RP thread about Kalimdor's colonization by the other races during and after the third war, kind of a pilgrimage. This would of course happen in the past. Are there any rules against creating an RP set in the past or am I good to go? I'll wait for a reply and then give more detail, if anyone's interested, just give me a shout. This will be a closed RP once I get a suitable amount of people.

I would but I think my bio went into too much detail about it, I don't really want to mess with it =(.

Though it does sound like alot of fun... Maybe I can write up a secondary bio for Terra, we'll see though.
