Tailoring Haste pants (Need 7 more saronite ><)
Mag'hari Chieftain's Staff (spelling?)
A new belt

You are hampering your DPS by not have the 4-piece T10 bonus and it's hard to remain competitive without it.

you need 4p T10 as your first prio and I would recommend a MH+OH instead of stuff.You don't rly need the healing stats that stuffs usually offer (such as greater int/spirit etc.).Try getting Frozen Bonespike.
Edit: put reckless ametrines in yellow slots.

Reckless Ametrine instead of Quick King's Amber IMO, your spell power is pretty low.

-Replace all 20 Haste gems with Sp/haste gems (if it is a yellow socket).

-Replace the sp/haste gem in your hands with a 23SP one

-You are missing a beltbuckle + gems on the belt, but I'm assuming you just got it.

Spec:
Now that you have 4T10 drop Improved MB, and pick up Focused Mind and 2/3 Shadow Affinity or anything else you like.

Basically, if there is a yellow socket in an item with any kind of spell power bonus, you should be using a sp/haste gem.
Items with blue sockets requires 6+ spell power socket bonus for a sp/spi gem to match a pure sp gem (assuming 100% uptime on Glyph of Shadow).

I would also like to add you're 10 hit rating under the cap.

Looks good gear choices are a bit off giving you 2% more hit than you need, sacrificing alot of extra pewpew stats.

I advise try to pick oh a non hit Offand or ring

True, not used to factor that in being horde myself

With your gear setup you should be using sp/haste gem in shoulder, match all the sockets in the chest for the sp bonus, change the prismatic gem slot in your belt to a pure sp gem and use a pure sp gem in your ring (Loop of endless)

Also, mana is rarely a problem as a shadow priest, so you could change your SW:P glyph to either Mind Sear or Dispersion.

On top of that, since you got the 4p t10 bonus, if your latency allows it, spec out of Imp. Mind Blast and go with 2/3 Affinity and 3/3 Focused Mind.

I think your biggest upgrades would be the trinket (as you mentioned yourself) and getting a 1H/OH combo instead of the staff.
