I lag really badly in 25 mans so thats why I've been afraid to respec until now (I can get as low as 5 fps in rooms like marrowgar). But I really think I should try to optimise my DPS for my 10mans, which I'm more focused on anyway....
Is it worth it with my gear?
Also, I know MB shouldn't be completely dropped.... but you know what I mean..

MB shouldn't be dropped until very high levels of haste/SP, which is about full 277 gear, and you're far from that. It's not even that big of a DPS increase, once it gets to that, anyways.

I would STRONGLY recommend reading the sticky at the top of this forum called " Mind Blast vs. Mind Flay - Results Seen in Practice", it has a huge amount of useful information for you.
