Will this talent also proc with wind shear? if not it should be imo. I am thinking for pvp when interupting so much and you dont need to waste a shock for nothing...I am talking about Focused insight.
I don't think Wind shear is considered a shock. They added wind shear in the tooltip of Reverberation. Shocks do dmg, wind shear doesn't.
Wind shear is off GCD too, it would be kinda cheating.
Focused insight was intended to give a little bit of "when you have nothing to do, do a little bit of dmg, with a bonus"
