[H] Crimson Conclave - New guild LF members / rerolls

Crimson Conclave is a new, fresh off the drawing board project on Horde side of Auchindoun with a number of unique qualities to set it apart from other guilds out there. Right now, we are working on filling our roster with some real talent as we prepare for Cataclysm while doing weekly ICC pugs and klling us some Alliance scum.
The main idea behind the Crimson Conclave is that there is more to playing WoW (and indeed being a member of a community) than raiding, and we wish to forge a camaraderie of like-minded players who can count on having something to do - and someone to do it with! - whenever they are online. This is not to say we don't know what serious raiding is about - but we'll never be a raidloggers' guild that hybernates between every major patch. We will always look for ways to keep ourselves interested, be it in or outside WoW - and we're looking for the kind of a player who expects their guild to be more than just a bunch of people to raid with. On the flipside, we are not a zerg-guild that recruits anyone and everyone either - rather placing emphasis on building up a strong roster where all share the same values and indeed play on the same level.
What we look for:
In a nutshell, there are really only 2 things we ask of you - to have a brain and a heart, and put them to use. As of right now, we don't mind if you lack some experience - as long as you can prove to be an able player and be willing to learn. We do mind however if you are only able to follow direct orders like a trained puppy and never think about "why?". We also want all our future guildmates to maintain at least some online presence outside of our main events - be it through being active on WoW, playing other games with us, or just popping on Vent or IRC to share a new joke. You don't have to have no life (like me) to be a part of this - but you should be willing to embrace the community you join as a part of it!
We will consider apps both from current level80s, and rerolls on our server. Those already at 80 can expect a consistant spot in the pug raids we're doing already, as well as assistance with gear and such where required; those rerolling can at the very least count on good times on vent & gchat, and someone to run through heroics etc with when 80.
For the right person, we may also have a specific officer position available - do note though that this is not a vanity title here; you will have certain responsibilities and be expected to carry them out diligently.
Our activities and plans for the rest of WLK:
Right now we run 10/25man ICC with pick up groups, a typical raid is done on one of the weekend days, takes 3-4 hours and clears 11 bosses with 4-5 hardmodes thrown in for good measure. We also have a weekly Glory of the Ulduar Raider run. There is also plenty of space for alt raids, daily bgs and heroics, and so on. With any luck in the recruitment department, we'll set up a solid 10man group soon enough and bring HC Lich King & Hallion to justice. We could also use some more people to play Starcraft2 with!
Our plans for Cataclysm:
We will most definitely run 25man raids as soon as we have the numbers for it - it is our belief that the larger groups simply make raids more fun and involving - plus, it allows for a smaller percentage of sit outs when organized correctly. Our raiding schedule will greatly depend on two things - what are the raids like, and what other news Cata brings. As of right now, we plan on 3, maybe 4 raid nights a week and then some more scheduled BG / world PvP funsies. There will also always be alt runs, either 10 or 25man, this would obviously depend on the interest in it. This is not exhaustive, and with a decent number of the right kind of folk united under our guild tag, there will always be plenty of something to do.
Our main events will always be focused around CET 'evenings' - running around 20:00-24:00 times; this is subject to slight adjustements to best accomodate our roster (so we might end up raiding 19:30 to 23:00, or 20:00 to 24:00, or if there is a lot to do and everyone is up for it, 18:30 to 1:00, etc)
