    Actually, Mr. Lennon, I CAN imagine a world with no hatred, religion, war, or violence.

    the difference between burnout and life tap is that life tap, in general, is a DPS loss since it costs a GCD and does no damage. the mage one would have just been endless chain casting. cauterize+new hot streak+imp scorch gets us to about the same point though.
