its a 2 part question. So I just want the first to be clear to me before i ask the second

The Worgen are heavily inspired by were-wolves. The idea being that you are cursed, and turned into a quasi wolf man monster.

Worgen have two forms, like shapeshifts if you will - human form and worgen form. You can switch back and forth at will. I believe that when you either engage or are pulled in to combat, you automatically shift into Worgen form.

Yes the Worgen are based on the Werewolf myth, though instead of turning into a full on wolf, the form is more akin to what you'd see in an old fashioned monster movie, like the classic Wolfman.

Which I have not seen... I know... It's a crime. I'll find time for it.

Aaaaanyway... Chocolate is actually poisonous to most everything. Humans, however, are maaaaaaagical. No, seriously. Theobromine (that name is derived from 'food of the gods') can make many animals sick. Dogs, cats, birds, etc. However, human beings are mostly resistant to its short-term effects. However, it can accumulate, and can cause problems for the elderly.
